One of my favorite food is Eggs because its easier to prepare.
Steps

Stir fry onions with cooking oil till golden brown. Add the whisked broken eggs.

Add the 3 chopped tomatoes then stir as you cook to soften. Add the a few coriander leaves and salt.

Cook for 5 mins and put aside.

Add onions in a sufuria and fry then add tomatoes. Add the chopped cabbages then add coriander leaves.

Stir well then add salt and stir well. Cook for some mins then remove from heat.

Cook Ugali and serve your food. Yummy!!
