Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupdesi ghee
  • 2 cupwater
  • as neededcoconut burada and almonds for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan me ghee dale or atte ko golden hone tak or aroma aane tak bhune

  2. 2

    Ab usme sugar add karein or slowly slowly water add karein or lgatar stir krte rahein taki lumps na parde

  3. 3

    Ab ise sides chodne tak lgatar chlate rahein

  4. 4

    Ready hone par coconut burade or almonds se garnish karein
