  • 1/4 kgboiled. maize and beans
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 handfulsteamed Cabbage

  1. 1

    Put the cut onions in a pan. Add in oil and fry until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Then add in tomatoes and fry until. Then add in the boiled Githeri.

    Stir really well. Add in the steamed veges.
