Heat non stick pan. Add oil.

Add onion saute

Add gratted paneer and pumpkin, saute

Add finely chopped tomato and saute

Add salt and green chilli and chat masala saute. Cook and mix nicely

Take 2 brown bread slices

Apply butter on the slice Fill the Pumpkin paneer stuffing

Cover with other slice

Toast on non stick tava on both sides till golden colour

Serve with sauce
