Saute the onion garlic tomatoes until jammy. Mix in the crab

Slice up 3 sing qua vegetable into 1” slices on the bias

Add in water, chicken bouillon, salt & pepper to taste. Grandma likes to add a little more black pepper in this dish. Then add the veggies.

Ahh don’t forget the noodz! They only take a few mins to cook bc they’re so thin.

Season with fish sauce as needed and enjoy over rice ;)
