preheat oven to 400°F

place all ingredients in a large baking dish. toss to coat if you like

bake 20-25 minutes or until shrimp turn a light pink.

once finished remove from oven and bast with butter. let cool slightly before enjoying. I like to serve a nice loaf of French bread to dip in the butter and a side salad.
