combine sauce ingredients, whisk together set aside

heat oil medium high heat. sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. add chicken to pan Browning on all sides. add honey mixture to pan turning chicken to coat. cover and cook 15 minutes turning chicken every 5 minutes. uncover and cook an extra minute for thick sauce.
