Ingredients

  • For mathari...
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • as par tastesalt
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • as requiredwater
  • For chat
  • 2chopped boiled aloo
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2 tbspdahi
  • 2 tspimli chutney
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add atta, oil, jeera, ajwain and made hard dough

  2. 2

    Roll it and cut it in desire shape and deep fry on medium heat

  3. 3

    Now take a plate place papdi add aalu, onion, tomato. pour some dahi, chutney

  4. 4

    Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and garnish with coriander leaves
