Ingredients: 1 kg boiled arbi; 1 chopped tomato; 1 tsp chopped adruk; 1 tsp chopped chillies; 2 pinch hing; 1/2 tsp red chilly powder; 1/2 tsp jeera; 1/2 tsp ajwain; 1 tsp aamchur powder; 1/2 haldi; 1/2 garam masala; 1 tsp coriander powder; salt as pr taste; as needed oil

1/2 tspjeera
1/2 tspajwain
1 tspaamchur powder
1/2haldi
1/2garam masala
1 tspcoriander powder
salt as pr taste
as neededoil

PEEL and cut the arbi lengthwise

Deep fry it

Take a kadai heat oil add jeera, ajwain saute a while add tomatoes, all masalas and last but not least arbi.

Cook for 5 minutes with cover the lid

Enjoy hot with prantha
