Cut and wash the potatoes and yam in a pot.

Cut the potatoes bigger because they softens easily.

Add crayfish,salt,pepper,palmoil,maggi,onion and curry.

Boil for 7mins,stir with wooden spoon and taste if there is need to add salt.

If there is no need add and stir very well to a wooden spoon for the porriage to form well.
