Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 1/2 kgtorai
  2. 1tomato
  3. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  4. 1 cupbesan
  5. pinchhaldi
  6. as par tastesalt
  7. 1 tspchopped adrak
  8. 1 tspchopped chillies
  9. 1/2red chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and finely chopped all torai

  2. 2

    In a big bowl add all ingredients and mix

  3. 3

    Make batter with little water

  4. 4

    Pour a laddel full batter on preheated tawa

  5. 5

    Shallow fry both sides

  6. 6

    Enjoy hot with bread and chutney
