Ingredients: 1/2 kg cauliflower; 1 cup chopped capsicum; 1/2 cup chopped gajar; 1 onoin in squares; 3 tbsp besan; 2 tbsp rice flour; 1-2 tbsp corn starch; as par taste salt; 1 tsp chopped adrak; 1 tsp chopped chillies; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tsp coriander powder; 1 tsp soya sauce; 1 tsp vinegar; 1/2 black pepper; 2 tbsp coriander leaves; as need oil for frying

1 tspvinegar

2 tbspcoriander leaves
as needoil for frying

Wash and cut the vegetables in small square or chunks

In a big bowl add all rest of ingredients and mix

Make batter with little water and add all vegetables

Now deep fry all pakodas

Enjoy hot with any sauce
