Add custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk and mix well make sure there are no lumps in mixture

Heat the remaining milk in a heavy bottom vessel,bring the milk to a gentle heat

When it begins to boil, add sugar and stir continuosly and let it cook over medium flame

Once again mix well the custard mix with spoon

Add this paste to the boiling milk and stir well to mix. Keep cooking over low flame till the custard get thickens

Turn of the flame and remove from cooktop and let the custard come to room temperature

Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour

Take out from refrigerator and mix well

Add chopped fruits and mix well
- 10
Decorate with pomegranate seeds and serve chilled
