Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupboiled whole Moong (leftover)
  2. 1 cupSemolina /Suji
  3. 2Green chilies finely chopped
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspRoasted Jeera
  6. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  7. Oil for cooking
  8. 1Onion chopped

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients. You can adjust Suji according to Moong dal. Rest it for half an hour.

    Heat nonstick pan. Pour 2 ladle batter. Spread gently.

    Drizzle oil on edges. Cook it on medium flame. Once inner side cooked flip it

    Cook until both sides golden brown.

    Serve hot with any chutney or tomato sauce.
