julienne the peppers. thinly slice cabbage and onion. shred carrot

put all veggies in mixing bowl and mix by hand.

mix vinegar, sugar, s&p, garlic powder. heat for 30 seconds in microwave. mix until all is dissolved ... allow to cool.... pour over veggies. mix well and refrigerate.... can be made the day before...
