Ingredients

  • casserole
  • 3 cupcooked yams
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2eggs
  • 1/3 cupbutter
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • topping
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 cupBrown sugar
  • 1/3chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1miniature marshmallows

Steps

  1. 1

    casserole, mix all well with low speed beater, spread in oblong pan

  2. 2

    topping, stir together and spread over yam mixture

  3. 3

    bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    last few minutes of baking spread miniature marshmallows over top
