  2. 1sea bass
  3. 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/2 cupemmer flour
  5. 2 tspcoarse sea salt

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle with sea salt and dust the washed and cleaned fish with the flour. Fry until golden on both sides.
