  1. 1 cupcooked Bulger(dried medium cook)
  2. 3/4 cupgrated carrots
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 2 tspSattu
  5. 1 tspsuji
  6. 1 tspcoriander leaves fresh chopped
  7. 1 tsppudina chopped
  8. 1lime juice
  9. 1/2 tspfennel powder
  10. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. Pinchos turmeric powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. Oil for cooking

  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl,add all ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

    Keep this bowl un fridge at least 30 min to enhance the flavour.

  3. 3

    Keep out the mixture from fridge after 30 min and make round shape of patties from all the mixture.

  4. 4

    Now heat the oil in nonstick pan,place this patties in medium hot pan and cook one side completely,when one side cook flip it and rest for cook other side till crispy and brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Now a complete healthy and nutritious patties for juniors is ready to serve,serve this healthy patties hot with khajoor and tamarind sweet and sour chutney and with grated salad.
