Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer (cut in cubes)
  2. 1capsicum (cut in square)
  3. 1onoin (cut in square)
  4. 1tomato (cut in square)
  5. For marination...
  6. 2 tbsp hung curd
  7. 2 tspmustard oil
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 2 tspbesan
  10. 1 tspadrak chilli garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspkashmiri mirch
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add all ingredients of marination and mix well

  2. 2

    Pour all vegetables in it and rest for 1 hour in freezer

  3. 3

    Set all vegies in sticks one by one

  4. 4

    Take a pan heat oil and roast the paneer tikka

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
