Take a bowl hung curd well add the cucumber, carrot, green chilli, red chilli, Ginger, coriander leave, salt, black paper, onion, cabbage and cheese and mix well.

Then add maida and water mix and thick paste ready kar lenge.

Now cut the bread corners and roll bread slice.

Then add one teaspoon stuffing in the centre. And apply thick paste to bread corners. and close bread corners.

Then medium hot oil in kardai and frying rolls in medium heat and golden brown both sides. Then remove the rolls from the kardai.

Now serve hot with dahi bread veg cheese roles with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
