I went to my sister's house and she made this for me to try. Since then, I've been adding other vegetables to it. I'm giving you the basic recipe here.
Change it around how you like. I like adding carrots, corn, cauliflower, and celery. That's in the batch in the photo. Its really easy to make vegetarian too.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  2. 1 packagesBrats
  3. 1Green Pepper, chopped
  4. 1Onion, chopped
  5. 1large can Cream of Chicken Soup
  6. 1 1/2 boxChicken Stock
  7. 1 packagesfrozen Green Beans thawed and drained
  8. 4Potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  9. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  10. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pot heat the oil over med to med hi heat.

  2. 2

    Cut brats into bite size pieces. Add to hot oil and cook until browned.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper. Cook until soft.

  4. 4

    Add the stock. Stir until smooth. Add the beans and potatoes, cook until potatoes are soft. THEN add the cheese stir until melted.

    Season with salt and pepper.
