  3. 2tomato
  4. 2 tbspcabbage
  5. 1grate carrot
  6. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  9. 2 tspgreen chutney ya garlic red chutney
  10. 1 cupbesan
  11. 4-5length slice paneer piece
  12. 1/4 tsphing
  13. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  14. 1/4 tspref chilly powder
  15. 1/4 tsphaldi powder (optinal)
  16. 1/4 tspjeera powder
  17. 3-4 tspbutter
  18. oil for greesing

Steps

  1. 1

    Besan me hing, salt, haldi,chilly powder, jeera powder, chaat masala daal kar water daal kar batter bana le.

  2. 2

    Nonstick pan me oil brush karein phir spoon se batter daal kar medium sizr chilla bana le.

  3. 3

    Dono side achche se sekh le aur plate me nikaal le.

  4. 4

    Paneer ke slice bhi butter ya oil laga kar sekh le.

  5. 5

    Cocumber aur tomato ko circle shape me cut kar le.

  6. 6

    Cabbage ko grate kar le ya patle piece me cut kar le.

  7. 7

    Carrot ko bhi grate kar le.

  8. 8

    Carrot aur cabbage me mayonise mix kar le aur black pepper, tomato saus,salt mix karein aur sabhi ko achchi tarah mix kar le.

    Bread slice ko butter laga kar sekh le plate me nikaal le.

  10. 10

    Bread ke ek side butter laga le.

  11. 11

    Bread ke dusri side cabbage mixture lagaye.

  12. 12

    Second bread me green ya red chutney laga le.

  13. 13

    Chilla ko bread ke size me square shape me cut kar le.

  14. 14

    Pehli mayonise bread ke upper rakhe.

  15. 15

    Third bread me saus lagaye aur paneer ke slice rakhe aur cut karein cocumber aur tomato ke cicle rakhe aur salt, black pepper sprinkle karein.

    Chille waali bread ke upper rakhe.

  17. 17

    Ab last bread le aur usme butter lagaye.

  18. 18

    Bread ke ek side butter lagaye aur cocumber bread ke upper rakhe.

  19. 19

    Bread ke 2 side straw ya kii bhi lambi seekh lagaye.

  20. 20

    Straw lagane se cut karenge to bread niklegi nahi.

  21. 21

    Ab halke haath se daba kar lambi knife se beech se cut kar le.

  22. 22

    Enjoy kariye breakfast ya evenning snack me.
