Heat oil in a wok and put jeera.....when crackle put green chillies.

Then add boiled and chopped potatoes and fry little and add salt, pepper powder, sugar and lemon juice.

Stir for a minute and add soaked saboodana and mix well. Then add roasted crushed peanuts and mix it then cover and cook for 2 -3 mins or till saboodana turns soft.

Take Idli steamer....grease idli plate and fill saboodana mixture in it. Steam for 5 mins till crystal white. Once done take out in serving tray /dish.

Then finally put coriander leaves and garnish as per your choice.

Serve hot with yogurt or peanut chutney.
