Ingredients

6 servings
  1. chicken
  2. 2 1/2 lbchicken thighs boneless and skinless
  3. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  4. 1 tbsppaprika
  5. 1 tbspfresh ground black pepper
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 2 cupwater
  8. 1/4 cupmild vinegar I used coconut vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the brine incorporating the paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar, water.

    Pour brine over the chicken, and refrigerate at least 3 hours in the brine.

    Fire up the grill I used oak wood and charcoal.

  4. 4

    Grill the chicken on the grill till done. Discard the brine
