4 servings
  1. 1 largeeggplant, aubergine
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 cuppaprika
  4. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  5. 1olive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the eggplant. Coat with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Put on a hot grill. Grill each side for 2 minutes. Turn and repeat till done.
