Ingredients

  1. 1banana, previously peeled, cut, and frozen.
  2. 1/2 cupstrawberries (could use any variety of fruit you like)
  3. 1 tbspflaxseed meal
  4. 1 tbsppeanut butter (I substitute a small scoop of protein powder sometimes)
  5. 1/2- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  6. 2 cupfresh spinach

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in blender and mix until creamy. Add more milk or berries to thin or thicken to your liking. Best served fresh.
