Ingredients

6 kids
  1. 1 cupPressure cooked Chole
  2. 1 cupCauliflower florets washed and Grated
  3. 1 cupWheat flour
  4. 1/2 cupSooji
  5. 1/2 cup Gram flour
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspGreen chilli crushed
  8. 1 tspGinger grated
  9. 1 tspJeera (cumin seed)
  10. 1 tbspSesame seeds roasted
  11. 2 tspCoriander leaves finely chopped
  12. 15-20Mint leaves chopped
  13. 1 tspPepper powder
  14. 3 tbspOil
  15. as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Coarse grind cooked Chole without adding any water

    Add half tsp oil and saute grated Cauliflower

    Add salt and jeera to it and saute for 5 minutes. Let it cool.

    Now in a big plate mix Chole and sauted Cauliflower. Add all masala mentioned above. Add chopped Coriander leaves. Add chopped mint leaves too.

    Add all three flours.

    Add 2 tbsp oil. Add required water and knead flour.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan. Roll a Poori and deep fry till golden brown.

    Like that fry all Poories. Serve this healthy Poories in your kids party.
