Clarabell’s Divine Apple Cake

This might be one of the best apple cake recipes you’ve ever tried. It’s fluffy, juicy, and fragrant—simply fantastic! Made with just 5 ingredients and no stress about it turning out. It pairs perfectly with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Give it a try—you’ll love it! This recipe is from my beloved sister Clarabell (her childhood nickname).

Steps
- 1
Grease a cake pan with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and a little cinnamon.
- 2
Peel and slice the apples into medium slices, then arrange them in the pan.
- 3
Beat the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs one at a time. Once the mixture is fluffy, stop beating and add the flour and cinnamon. Mix with a spatula. Finally, add the milk and continue mixing.
- 4
Pour the batter over the apples and bake in a convection oven at 340°F (170°C) for 50 minutes.
- 5
After baking, let the cake cool and transfer it to a serving platter. Before serving, dust with extra powdered sugar and cinnamon, or serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
