Steps

Use a meat tenderizer and pound out chicken. Cut into strips or you can buy strips pre cut.

In a large bowl mix chicken and Italian dressing.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours.

Remove from fridge a 1/2 hour before cooking.

Preheat skillet, grill pan or grill.

Shake off excess marinade. Cook on each side approximately 5 minutes.

Internally temp should be 160F when done
- 8
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
