Chop the carrot, onions, green pepper, scotchbonnet, garlic and set aside

Boil the chicken with seasoning cubes, thyme, curry and salt till tender

Remove the chicken from the broth

Add Onions, ginger, carrots, Scotch bonnet, green pepper to the broth.

In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with little till it has a consistency
- 6
Add the mixed cornstarch into the broth
- 7
This will allow the broth to thicken
- 8
Add back the chicken and stir together
- 9
Serve with white rice
