Ingredients

  1. Chicken In Oyster Sauce:
  2. Chicken (cut it in a way to come out long)
  3. Salt
  4. Garlic
  5. Ginger
  6. Black Pepper
  7. Spring Onions
  8. Dark soy sauce
  9. Light sauce
  10. Bell pepper
  11. Mixed corn flour with water
  12. Sesame oil
  13. Olive oil
  14. 2: Chinese Special Fried Rice Rice:
  15. Rice (Basmatic preferable)
  16. Chicken (diced in cubes)
  17. Prawn,sausage,peas
  18. Spring Onions
  19. Garlic
  20. Salt
  21. Black Pepper
  22. Olive oil
  23. Light soy sauce
  24. Egg (amount of your choice and whisk it)
  25. 3:Mongolian Beef:
  26. Beef(stirfry)
  27. Garlic
  28. Ginger
  29. Salt
  30. Onions
  31. Spring Onions
  32. Chili pepper
  33. Bell pepper
  34. Teriyaki sauce
  35. Dark soy sauce
  36. Light soy sauce
  37. Water
  38. Cornflour
  39. 2eggs

    Chicken In Oyster Sauce:

    Put your deep pan on heat, pour a little of olive oil and sesame oil and heat up. Add as much onions needed.Put your chicken and add a little of sesame oil, add salt, garlic,ginger,black pepper, spring onion and chili pepper. Add dark soy sauce, add light soy sauce, add dark soy sauce,add the mixed corn flour and water. Stir till tasty and Serve.😚😙😚

    Chinese Special Fried Rice Rice:

    Make sure your basmactic rice is half cooked and water is drained out. Heat up a little of olive oil and sesame oil. Add your chicken(diced in cubes), prawns, sausages and prawns if you wish. Add spring onions, garlic,salt,black pepper, add olive oil and stir. Pour your rice into the ingredients and stir, moved the rice all in your side and pour your whisked egg, stir egg till it's solid and stirl all together. Add light soy sauce. Stir till tasty and serve.

    Mongolian Beef

    Wash beef and drain out water, put it in a bowl, pour the amount of cornflour into,pour your dark soy sauce and 2 eggs. Mix all and put in the fridge for 2mins.

    Put pan on heat and pour olive oil and sesame oil and heat up, pour your beef(mixed beef in fridge), pour little of olive oil and sesame oil,add a little of salt,black pepper,add sesame oil, add your garlic,ginger,onions,spring onion, chili pepper, add teriyaki sauce, add dark soy sauce and add light soy sauce, add water and add bell pepper. Stir till it's tasty and serve.

    Note: The pan should be deep not flat and the rice should be basmatic not the regular ones cos it comes out more presentable and more better than the one as shown on the picture.
