Ingredients

4 servings

1 cupwhite corn meal mix
1/4 cupgranulated sugar
1 cupfrozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cupmilk
6 slicepickled jalapeno peppers
1eggs
1 tbspvegetable oil

Preheat griddle to 350

In a medium mixing bowl, combine corn meal and sugar.

Blend remaining 5 ingredients until chunky.

Add blended ingredients to mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, flipping once.
