Combine and mix well the pork, shrimp, coriander, onion, salt, pepper, fish sauce.

Allow meat mixture to marinate on the fridge for 15 minutes.

Pour olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add meat mix into the pot and saute until pork is no longer pink.

Add water to the pot and allow to boil.

Add broth, zuchinni, and potato to the pot.

Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Add sugar, salt, pepper and fish sauce to taste.

Turn off heat, add cilantro and green onions.

Serve with a bowl of rice.
