Ingredients

  1. 4-5potatotes
  2. 1small bottle gourd
  3. 2carrots
  4. 1green capsicum
  5. 1katori green peas
  6. 1/2katori french beans
  7. 1/2cauliflower
  8. 2 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  9. 3onions
  10. 6tomatoes
  11. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  12. 2 tablespoonsPav bhaji masala
  13. 1 tspDegi mirch or red chilli powder
  14. 1 tspblack pepper
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. 4-5lemons
  17. 100 gmbutter
  18. Pomegranate seeds for garnishing
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 1 packet Pav or According to need

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil potatoes and all the vegetables separately

  2. 2

    Now cut onions and tomatoes in small pieces

  3. 3

    Take a big wok and put some butter and add Ginger and garlic paste

  4. 4

    Now add onions and cook for a while,then add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Now add salt, pepper.

  5. 5

    Add boiled and mashed potatoes and all boiled and mashed vegetables and add some water.

  6. 6

    Now cook for ten minutes and add pav bhaji masala and garam masala.

  7. 7

    Add some more butter

  8. 8

    Now squeese lemon juice and garnish with onions and pomegranate seeds.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with buttery pavs and onions
