Vegetables Kabab is a healthy & delicious healthy Indian vegetarian snack made with carrot, potatoes and green beans, these vegetables make it a perfect snack that can also be served as a part of a meal.
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl except oil.

Make kababs of any shapes as per your choice form this mixture.

Now heat tawa and sprinkle some oil, put kababs on it and shallow fry them from both the sides till golden brown.
- 4
Serve hot with sauce, tea or coffee.
