Deep fry all bread triangles and keep aside

Soak saffon in warm milk for 10 minutes

Add this milk in rabdi

Take a pan add mango pulp. cook for 5 minutes. There is no need to add any sugar. now cool down

Add cooked mango pulp in rabdi and add nuts. some nuts keep for garnishing

Decorate all triangle in serving plate. pour 2 tsp of mango rabdi on each piece

Garnish with nuts and saffon strings
