Cook sausage and drain

Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425°

Pour package of frozen cubed hashbrowns in the pan

Add onions or peppers to taste

Pour sausage evenly over the top of the hashbrowns and top with as little or as much shredded cheese as you like.

Beat 8 eggs in a bowl and pour evenly over the shredded cheese

Bake for 50-60 minutes. If the cheese is getting too brown, place aluminum foil over the top for the remaining cooking time.
