Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken breast fillet
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupcornstarch
  • 1/4 cupCalamansi juice
  • 1japanese breading
  • 2 largeeggs
  • dashsalt and pepper

Steps

    Pound chicken

    Add Calamansi to pounded chicken

  3. 3

    Mix corn starch, flour and egg

  4. 4

    Dip chicken to batter mix and coat with breading

  5. 5

    Deep fry for 5-6mins

  7. 7

    Drizzle with Japanese mayo and katsu sauce.
