Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken breast fillet
  2. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  4. 1/4 cupCalamansi juice
  5. 1japanese breading
  6. 2 largeeggs
  7. dashsalt and pepper

Steps

    Pound chicken

  2. 2

    Add Calamansi to pounded chicken

  3. 3

    Mix corn starch, flour and egg

  4. 4

    Dip chicken to batter mix and coat with breading

  5. 5

    Deep fry for 5-6mins

  6. 6

  7. 7

    Drizzle with Japanese mayo and katsu sauce.
