CrockPot Pulled Pork (Tenderloin)

I always forget to NOT buy Pork Tenderloin and get Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt. And the meat would end up VERY dry due to the different cooking times. After trial and error on the cooking times for a Tenderloin vs other cuts of Pork and the seasoning here's what I got!

Steps
- 1
Add Water, Vinegar and Oil in a CrockPot
- 2
Season Tenderloin
- 3
Add to CrockPot and cook for 3-4 hours on low. Turning occasionally, Tenderloin tends to dry out fast when cooked keep an eye out during that 3rd hour.
- 4
Remove Tenderloin and pour out broth, let cool and break apart using forks or hands. I get frustrated trying this with forks so I use my hands.
- 5
Once done breaking apart add back to CrockPot and add Barbecue sauce and cook for another 15min
