In a bowl Mix the one pack flour with the desiccated coconut then add sugar and salt. Set aside

In a jug mix the coconut milk with milk and warm water

Mix all the ingredients and knead your dough until smooth.

Add 1 cup of oil and continue kneading until all oil is consumed in the dough

Let it rest for 20mins.

Dust your work top with a little flour and spread your flour divided into equal portions and apply oil inside and then roll into equal rounds

Cover with a cling film and allow to relax again for 10mins

Dust your work top again a little and roll out your chapatti into a smooth circle

On a hot pan place your chapatti and allow to cook for 2mins.

Turn the other side to cook meanwhile apply a table spoon oil on the cooked side.

Turn the chapatti again and apply oil on the top side again as u spin the chapatti not to burn.

Remove from the pan and set aside

Repeat the same for the rest of the chapattis
