Ingredients

9 servings

2 cancanned Alaskan salmon
1/2 cupmayonnaise
2 cupseasoned bread crumbs
1 tspchopped parsley
1 tspsweet basil
1/2 tspgarlic powder
2 tbspchopped onion
1 tsponion powder

Steps

Drain the juices from the cans of salmon and reserve about half a cup. Take salmon from can and crumble up into a bowl removing bones.

Add ingredients and mix well.

Form into hamburger size patties. Refrigerate for an hour.

Brown in pan with non stick spray or a pat of butter.
