  • 3/4 kgrice washed
  • 6 glasswater
  • to tastesalt
  • cooking oil
  • 1tablespoonful of garlic
  • 1tablespoonful of ginger

    Boil water in a sufuria

  2. 2

    Add garlic, ginger, salt and cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add rice and let it cook till water dries up

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with beef, chicken, fish, mutton or any other source of protein and with some vitamins like spinach, sukuma wiki or any other
