Ingredients

  • 500600 ml of chicken stock
  • 300 gramsof frozen seafood
  • 200 gramsof mixed meats any kind is fine and cut in full mouth size
  • 1 canof Strawmushroom or any mushroom is fine too
  • 2chilli slices
  • 1onion cut into big chuck
  • 1 sliceof lemongrass
  • 1 sliceof galanga
  • 1 largetomato cut into 6 pices
  • 1 cupof roughly cut of Pak she and green onions
  • 2 tbspof chilli paste in oils
  • 2 tbspof fish sauces
  • 1 tspof sugar
  • 1 tbspof oyster sauce
  • 1/2lime or lemon slices need only juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring chicken stock to boils and add galanga and lemon grass in the pot

  2. 2

    Let's boils and add mixed meats into the boiling pot

  3. 3

    Add onions and tomato into the pot following with mushroom lets cook for 5 minutes add mixed seafood and let's cook for 2 more minutes

  4. 4

    Add chilli paste and chilli into the pot then add green onions and Pak she .

  5. 5

    Add oyster sauce , fish sauce , sugar and limes juice stirs and have a taste if want more sour can add more limes juice and fish sauce in .
