Sheep Labneh with Chili and Nigella Seeds

Place the yogurt in a cheesecloth or a special labneh bag, then put it in a strainer and press it for a full day until it thickens and becomes labneh.

Add the chili paste, wild thyme, and nigella seeds.

Then add the thyme and olive oil.
- 4
Mix the labneh and add salt to taste. Garnish with nigella seeds, chili, or sesame seeds as desired.
