Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 largehead of cabbage
  • 1 stickmargarine
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  • 14 1/2 ozchicken broth
  • 1 tsponion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and margarine. Add chopped cabbage

  2. 2

    Caramelize the cabbage add salt. Simmer for 25 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Add chicken broth. Simmer 15 minutes. Add onion powder stir. Remove from heat.

    Serve with last tablespoon of vinegar
