Ingredients: 2 cup Bisqick Pancake Mix; 1 cup milk; 2 eggs; 3 tbsp sugar; 2 tbsp baking powder; 2 tbsp margarine; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tsp vanilla; 1/8 tsp salt; 1/3 cup good quality chocolate syrup; 1 *optional- 1/2 c peanut butter or chocolate chips

My hubby had the munchies at 3 o' clock in the morning and decided he wanted chocolate pancakes, which id never made before or had a recipe for...so i improvised with my kid-famous usual pancakes and came up with these-i had to stop him at 9! Lol.

14 servings

2 cupBisqick Pancake Mix
1 cupmilk
2eggs
3 tbspsugar
2 tbspbaking powder
2 tbspmargarine
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tspvanilla
1/8 tspsalt
1/3 cupgood quality chocolate syrup
1*optional- 1/2 c peanut butter or chocolate chips

Steps

Stir all ingredients until blended in a medium/large bowl

Heat griddle on med-hi, spray lightly with cooking spray.

Pour a little less than 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle, unless you want larger pancakes. Dont crowd them.

When pancakes start to bubble and edges are dry, flip those chocolate babies and cook other side til golden.

Load em up with butter and syrup, or dust with powdered sugar. Now stuff yer face! :-P
