    Cook bacon to desired crispness

  2. 2

    Warm and butter croissants

  3. 3

    Place bacon on croissant. I use 1.5 slices per sandwich.

    Top with cheese

    Cook egg, breaking yolk at last minute.

    The egg goes on top of the cheese. I like a mayo/mustard topping...
