Slice bacon in 3 making small slices and cook in pan until done remove and place on a paper towel to drain the grease

Toast Hawaiian Rolls in broiler on low just to get a light toast

Take toasted Hawaiian Rolls and assemble starting with bacon than 1 peice of spinach than the grape tomatoe

Lastly drizzle the chipotle ranch over the grape tomatoe spinach and bacon close mini sandwich and enjoy
