My own version of healthy Chinese stir fry

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 eachyellow squash(dice)
  2. 1 lbmushrooms (any you prefer)
  3. 1 eachonion ( Julianne )
  4. 1 lbBrussels sprouts (cut in 4)
  5. 1 eachsquash (dice)
  6. 1/2 lbcooked lentils
  7. 1/2 boxextra firm tofu
  8. 1/4 lbbaby spinach
  9. salt and pepper
  10. 1 headgarlic
  11. sesame oil
  12. 1/2 eachsmall ginger ( zest )

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add everything in a wok if you own one if not you can use any pot.

  2. 2

    Cook on high heat for bout 5 mins since cooking on a wok is fast and easy if you aren't using a wok sauteed all ingredients together for bout 15 mins on medium high.

    I just finished mine with some beans on top and few sliced almonds on top.
