Steps

Wash and soak the chick pea and yellow peas overnight. Put the soaked peas in a pressure cooker, add half cup of water and let it hiss 2 times.

Drain the water. Add the chopped veggies, mix well and season with chaat masala, salt, parsley and squeeze of lemon juice .

Serve and enjoy as a snack or with meal as salad.
